The MHPSS READY package includes a facilitator’s guide and slide decks featuring five core modules designed to help operationalize mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) within disaster risk management (DRM). It aims to strengthen the capacity of humanitarian and development actors to address the mental health risks posed by hazardous events by building preparedness before, during, and after emergencies. The package also includes three optional modules on suicide prevention, substance use, and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) events.

The IASC Common Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for MHPSS Programmes was released for field test in 2017. In 2021, the Common Framework was updated to include qualitative and quantitative means of verification (MoV) for impact-level indicators in the framework. MHPSS.net developed the IASC MHPSS M&E Framework MoV toolkit to accompany the framework and serve as a resource to maintain and disseminate these tools in a single, easy to use format.
